Drag the three vertices of a triangle. Its circumcircle (through the corners, center O, radius R) and incircle (touching the sides, center I, radius r) are drawn, along with the segment OI joining the two centers. Euler's theorem says OI squared equals R squared minus 2 R r. Because OI squared can't be negative, this forces R to be at least twice r, with equality only when the triangle is equilateral and the two centers coincide. A comparison bar shows R against 2r. An info button opens a drawer explaining the theorem.

OI² = R² − 2Rr  ⟹  R ≥ 2r
